We thank you for the opportunity to give a rental appraisal for the above areas.

The properties are 3 bedroom brick houses with single lock up garages. Other features include ceiling fans, security screens, vertical blinds, insulation, dishwasher, garbage disposal, garage door remote control, on site swimming pool and on site manager.

The rental price that we envisage for the above mentioned properties would be approximately $220.00 - $245.00 per week.

The current market is such that the supply of rental properties is very much under demand with tenants, which in most cases, are allocated to properties prior to settlement.

This is an estimate only and is given considering present market indicators.
