While unfurnished, this 3 bedroom Condominium can be fully furnished with a AUS$200,000 Versace furniture package (as seen in the pictures of the 2 bedroom Condominium) if desirable.

A fully-furnished 2 bedroom Condominium is also available, however does not have FIRB approval so restrictions will apply to a prospective offshore purchaser.

The marina is also located straight out in front of the complex and the 3 bedroom Condominium has a 60 foot berth with power and water. Also a 40 foot cruiser is available for purchase.
